The ADNDRC is a joint undertaking by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the Korean Internet Address Dispute Resolution Commitee (KIDRC) and the Kuala Lumpur Reginal Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA).
